When you hear a tenor voice and a carefree, sentimental song, you'll know that Kreeps is close aboard. Here's one of those snakes who has dragged more women than there are numbers on a slip-stick. Not only is he successful with the fairer sex, but he never has had much trouble with the academics, as can be understood from a look at his class standing. The Class of 1942 graduated on December 19, 1941, less than two weeks after the United States entered World War II. The class had previously been scheduled to graduate in February 1942.

Loss
Raymond was lost when USS South Dakota (BB 57) was damaged by Japanese surface gunfire on November 15, 1942 during the Naval Battle of Guadalcanal.

From researcher Kathy Franz:
Raymond Sr was a physician. He was a Lt in the USN medical officer in WWI. He died in 1949. Raymond Jr was salutatorian of Lewiston High School when he graduated. He had a brother Richard. His parents were divorced. Mother's name was Pauline.
Raymond has one memory marker in New Hampshire and another in Pennsylvania; he is also listed at the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial.
